SG (B) Series Dry-Type Transformer Introduction

SG (B) 10 series dry-type transformer adopts the special technology of European dry-type transformer, which ensures that the product fully meets the requirements of fireproof, waterproof and environmental protection. Our SGB series dry-type transformer is mainly composed of three parts: iron core, winding and shell. When AC power is fed into the high-voltage winding of the dry-type transformer, it will generate a changing magnetic field in the iron core. The changing magnetic field induces an electromotive force in the low-voltage winding, which generates a current. The current is proportional to the current in the high voltage winding and is in the opposite direction. The current output from the low-voltage winding can be used to drive various electrical devices, realising the transmission and conversion of electrical energy.

Good safety performance: the insulation material contains only a very small amount of combustible substances, and non-toxic, self-extinguishing, the product is refractory, flame retardant, non-toxic, self-extinguishing, fire prevention. Under high temperature open flame combustion, the transformer almost does not produce smoke. Suitable for high-rise buildings, airports, subways, metallurgy and petrochemical, shopping malls and other key areas with high fire requirements and large loads.

High reliability: Elaborately designed coil structure and vacuum pressurised impregnation process, vacuum pressurised impregnation curing treatment of the coil, coil pressing using briquetting structure. Low local discharge electrode, no crack phenomenon, no phenomenon of decreasing insulation level.

Energy saving and environmental protection: the product performance loss is low, energy saving effect is obvious. After the product is scrapped, it can be decomposed and recycled.
