Aluminium Alloy Tensioning Clamp Description:
Aluminium alloy tensioning clamp is a kind of metal fixture used to fix and protect power cables, which is usually made of aluminium alloy with good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The clamp is mainly used on the tensioning section of overhead lines to fix the conductor to prevent it from moving or swaying, thus maintaining the stability and safety of the line.
Aluminium Alloy Tensioning Clamp Features:
Material: the main part of the aluminium alloy tensioning clamp is made of high-strength aluminium alloy, which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance.
Structure: The wire clip is usually composed of metal clamping piece and bolt, through the bolt to fasten the clamping piece on the wire, to achieve the effect of fixing and supporting. Some wire clamps are also designed with wedge locking structure or arc large area to hold the wire and other structural features, in order to improve the clamping force and stability.
Insulation performance: some aluminium alloy tensioning clamps can be equipped with optional insulation shield to improve the insulation and safety performance of the power system.
Aluminium Alloy Tensioning Clamp Classification:
Aluminium alloy tensioning clamps are available in a variety of specifications and types to accommodate wires of different diameters, materials and working loads. Common specifications include NLL series, NY series, etc., of which NLL series includes NLL-1, NLL-2, NLL-3 and other models. Aluminium alloy tensioning clamps of different specifications have different parameters such as applicable wire diameter, number of U-screws and destructive load.
Aluminium Alloy Tensioning Clamp Applications:
Aluminium alloy tensioning clamps are widely used in power plants, transformer substations and all kinds of distribution lines, especially in the tensioning section of overhead lines, to fix wires such as aluminium stranded wires or steel-core aluminium stranded wires, to ensure the stability and safety of power transmission.
